Shipping costs:
We charge you the following for shipping on all Canada and US orders.
- Standard CA$30 and up (3-9 Business Days within Canada and the US) - Free Shipping
- Standard CA$0.00–CA$29.99 (3-9 Business Days within Canada and the US) - $10
All other shipping options will be calculated using carrier rates. Free shipping for CA$30 and up before tax and after discounts applied.
International orders outside of Canada and the US are subject to international shipping rates.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 9 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (Blanc-Sablon). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).
Change of Delivery Address:

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
